Market research shows there is a high interest and need in the area of acquiring and developing Emotional I telligence. The users are aware of the importance of emotional Intelligence but lack an efficient way to learn and incorporate in themselves.
PERSONAS
Characterising users
The survey results were comprehensively analysed and compressed into 5 different personas to represent majority of the users. This allows us to study, understand and cater our solutions designed specifically for each user needs.
COMPETITION UNDERSTANDING
Meteculous research
Over 50 competitors in the exact same domain and in relevant market field was studied for their target audience, their mission, approach, advantages and disvantages in their solution. The market gap and demographics was closely studies.
PROTOTYPE 1
Software MVP
Based on the study and survey, we developed our solution's MVP in the form of a software interface to test our solution with the users. The online software is a rough implementation of our interactive tool.
TESTING
Reality check
Our software tool developed to leverage on the advantage of the interactive technology was combined with the advantages of physical meetings. This hypothesis was tested out through an open workshop. Other hypothesis like the age distribution, demographics, if users are really paying for these services was also tested.
